Assisted Mr. Yi-Chao Meng to lead his Shocking Concert Band to Myanmar and performed together at the concert Music from Taiwan, World Tour 2017 – Myanmar.

Mr. Ou, Chin-Nan (歐進南先生),
Ying-Hua drafted and founded the first edition of music festival and competition under the name Philharmonic Society of Myanmar, later renamed Myanmar Musician League in 2019.
The 12-day event included one-on-one masterclasses, workshops, a press conference, a student concert, a competition, and a final closing concert at Sule-Shangri-La Hotel’s Myanmar Ballroom, all free-of-charge and open to audit.
